Shipping policy

Shipping of your product will normally occur the next business day after the purchase. We ship internationally and the delivery time may vary depending on where you are in the world. We work with Packlink and select the company that best suits every order, most frequently: Correos express, Seur, and Dhl.

Normally national orders will be delivered between 24-48 hours after the shipping.

For orders inside Europe, the delivery time is between 48-72 hours and for the rest of the world, it might take 5 to 10 days.

Shipping costs are displayed in the Payment section and will be calculated when you type in your address. For purchases over 50€ the shipping costs will be free.

Customs fees are not included in the shipping costs and the buyer will have to take care of them if they are claimed.

Due to Covid-19, we can not ensure that shipping to your country will be available when you make an order. This will depend on quarantines, the local shipping companies, and legal controls in your country. If the shipping is impossible at the time you make an order we will contact you and offer you different options.
